While the study guide covers the basics of the exam, additional reading of the references is recommended.
The outcomes and review questions are intended to focus attention on a representative sample of the subject matter addressed by the exam. This does not mean that the study guide will teach the test. Rather, the study guide is to be used as a self-study course, or an instructional course if a Review Training Seminar is available, to address representative subject matter covered by the exam. Both the exam questions and review questions have been written from the same outcomes.
