The Beaver 1923 Volume 04 №03
Hudson's Bay Company. — 53 p.
The Beaver was a magazine of Canadian history begun by the Hudson's Bay Company, and later published by Canada's National History Society. The Beaver published its first issue in 1920. In 2010 it was renamed Canada's History.
The content of the Beaver was broadened to "... include the whole field of travel, exploration and the trade in the Canadian North as well as the current activities and historical background of the Hudson's Bay Company and all its departments throughout Canada.". The Beaver came to offer a wealth of information on Canada's social, cultural, economic and commercial past.
