R. Raja Raja Varma, grammarian, litterateur and one of the pioneers of Malayalam Language studies. The book was first published in 1896 and earned its author the sobriquet, Kerala Panini, after the Sanskrit grammarian, Panini. It is considered to be an epoch making work on the growth and structure of Malayalam language.
Keralapanineeyam was one of the first scientific descriptions of Malayalam grammar.മലയാള ഭാഷാ വ്യാകരണത്തിലെ പ്രാമാണിക ഗ്രന്ഥമാണ് കേരള‍ പാണിനീയം. എ.ആർ. രാജരാജവർമ്മയാണ് ഈ ഗ്രന്ഥത്തിന്റെ കർത്താവ്. ഇതിന്റെ ആദ്യപതിപ്പ് 1896-ലും പരിഷ്കരിച്ച പതിപ്പ് 1917-ലുമാണ് പുറത്തിറങ്ങിയത്.
