This idiosyncratic group of coins has been assembled over the last twenty years by a collector who was not interested in building a traditional numismatic collection, but who clearly had a penchant for the rare and
distinctive. The result is a small group which includes many superb coins, and one or two extraordinary and truly exceptional pieces.
To mark the distinctive nature of this collection the coins have been certified and graded by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation and enclosed in special 'Waterbird' holders.
