Thomas H. Davenport directs the Andersen Consulting Institute for Strategic Change, is Professor in the Management Information Systems Department at the Boston University Graduate School of Management, and is Distinguished Scholar in Residence at Babson College. He is a widely published author and acclaimed speaker on information and knowledge management, re-engineering, enterprise systems, and the use of information technology in business. He holds a Ph.D. from Harvard University in organizational behavior and has taught at the Harvard Business School, University of Chicago, and UT Austin's Graduate School of Business.
