Report of a US committee formed in 1994 under President B. Clinton to investigate the activities carried out in the 1940s - 1970s. in America radiation experiments on humans. Among the latter, attention is drawn to the fairly large-scale (127 people) direct irradiation of the testes in doses of up to 6 Gy per organ to “volunteers” from prisons in Washington and Oregon.
