The « Russian Economic Bulletin » has collected much information which shows indisputably that Soviet Russia is in the grip of a severe famine. This information is drawn from various sources: numerous letters received from Russians in the USSR; letters from foreigners residing in USSR, reports from returned foreign technicians, and information appearing in the foreign Press; reports of persons who have made special enquiries about agriculture in Russia.
