The Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF) Team Model describes Microsoft’s
approach to structuring people and their activities to enable project success. The model
defines role clusters, functional areas, responsibilities, and guidance for team members
to address so that they can reach their unique goals in the project lifecycle.
