A Short History of the Old 78th Regiment or Fraser's Highlanders 1757-1763. This book is connected with an effort to recreate a squad of British soldiers for the Montreal World's Fair in 1967. The 78th was a regiment that came to Canada under Wolfe, fought, and stayed. Many of the officers and soldiers settled in Canada and their descendents, both English and French speaking, remain today.
