Check if you enter your email address correctly.
If you have several email addresses, your other email address may have been tied to your account.
Perhaps your account has been deleted, since you have not used it for more than 12 months, while not uploading files, donating, etc.

2. I get a "Wrong Password" message, what should I do?

Check the spelling of the password - keyboard layout, upper or lower case, CAPS LOCK, etc.
Check the email address, maybe you are trying to log into the wrong account.
Use the password reset form. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

3. I get the "Password is too simple" message.

The password you use is too simple and compromises the security of your account.
Use the password reset form. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Use this email address and the password you know to login your account.
After logging in, change your email address to the current one using corresponding option in "My Account" page.

Send us the maximum of your account information you know:
  1. What email address was used during signup?
  2. When was the last time you visited the website? Which provider was used to access the Internet? What country and city?
  3. What specific files were downloaded (or on what subject)?
  4. Have you donated to the website? When, what amount? Do you have any payment details?
  5. Any other information from the closed part of your account (following users, subscriptions, gifts, points transfers, etc.)
  6. Your current email address

Check if cookies are enabled in your browser.
Check your antivirus/firewall settings for blocking cookies.
Try adding the website to the trusted zone in the browser and/or to the exclusion list for the above programs.
Check if the date, time and time zone on your computer are set correctly.
Try deleting our website cookies from your browser.
Try updating your web browser to the latest version, try installing another web browser.
Try using a different computer.

9. I get the "Too many failed login attempts" message.

You've made too many unsuccessful attempts to log into your account, so the ability to log in is temporarily blocked for security reasons.
Try logging into your account in 30 minutes.
